We collect information in two ways: details you submit directly through our estimate
form, and limited technical and usage data gathered automatically through analytics.
Information you provide through the estimate form
Our estimate request form is processed by Basin (usebasin.com), a third-party form
backend. When you submit the form, the following fields are collected and forwarded to us:
- Name — so we know who to follow up with.
- Phone — to discuss your project and schedule a walkthrough.
- Email — to respond to your request and send project details.
- Service needed — the type of remodeling work you are considering.
- Project location — to confirm the home is within our service area.
- Budget range — to frame a realistic scope and estimate.
- Timeline — to gauge scheduling fit.
- Message / project details — anything you choose to tell us about the project.
Only the message field is open-ended, so please share only what is relevant to your
remodel. The form also uses a hidden anti-spam field that is not used to identify you.
How We Use Your Information
- To review your project for scope and service-area fit.
- To contact you by phone or email about your estimate request.
- To schedule and prepare for a walkthrough when the project is a match.
- To maintain records of inquiries and completed work.
- To understand, in aggregate, how visitors use our website so we can improve it.
We do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to
bulk mailing lists from this form.
Analytics & Cookies
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors
find and use our pages. GA4 sets cookies and collects usage data such as the pages you
view, how you arrived at the site, approximate location, device and browser type, and
your interactions with the page. It also processes your IP address, which Google uses
for approximate geolocation; GA4 does not log or store full IP addresses in your
reports.
This data is used in aggregate to measure traffic and improve the site. We do not use
it to build advertising profiles, and this site runs no ad or retargeting pixels.
Your choices: You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites
by installing the
Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings or use a private/
incognito window. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use this
site or submit the estimate form.
Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of reputable third-party services to operate this website.
Each handles data under its own privacy policy:

Google Maps — our service-area coverage map is embedded from Google
Maps. When the map loads, Google may receive your IP address and set cookies as part
of delivering the map. This is used to display coverage and is not used by us for
advertising.

the site's typography.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share
information only as needed to operate this site and run our business:
- With the service providers listed above, strictly to deliver their function.
- With trade partners or subcontractors when needed to plan or perform your project, and only with relevant details.
- When required by law, such as a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Data Retention
We keep estimate inquiries and related correspondence only as long as needed to respond
to your request, perform any resulting work, and meet recordkeeping, warranty, tax, and
legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or securely dispose of
it. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' configured retention
settings.
Your Rights & Choices
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted
to us, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing

Washington State residents: Washington's My Health My Data Act and
related state privacy laws give Washington consumers certain rights over their personal
data. We do not knowingly collect consumer health data through this site. To exercise any

This site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and form submissions are
transmitted securely to our form provider. While no method of transmission or storage is
ever completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect the information you share
with us and limit access to it to those who need it to serve you.
Children's Privacy
This website and our services are intended for adults seeking remodeling services. We do
not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child
has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy

or for legal reasons. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of
